Our Son the Lurp

As very proud parents we are unveiling a special skill our amazing son Tanner has...

(Just try this out with his speed and proficiency, it's impossible.)

His ability to do this officially confirms him as a "Lurp", which, according to the Urban Dictionary is:
1. (n) A person who is long, lanky, and can't quite handle him or herself while doing physical activities, such as playing basketball, dancing, walking, etc. (Basically, their limbs are disproportionately long.)
All our genetic hopes and dreams for this boy have come true!

Just today he was approached by the coach of his school's basketball team and encouraged to try out.  To that, he simply replied, "I can't, I'm a Lurp."

We're going to encourage him to try out anyway.  Who knows, he may turn out to become a trailblazer for the lurp community.  Certainly if anyone can turn things around...a Lurp can!
